2. Site owners Warranty

3. Cancellations
Sellitnet reserves the right to refuse or cancel any request for services, without
giving any reasons or period of notice and therefore make corrections or alterations
it considers necessary or desirable.
4. Errors
The owner of any Sellitnet hosted web site shall notify Sellitnet forthwith of any
failure in a site operation, in all events within 24 hours. Failing such notification
Sellitnet will be under no liability to the site owner in respect of such errors
and the site owner shall indemnify Sellitnet against all actions, proceedings, claims,
demands, damages and costs brought by any third party as a result of the error.
5. Rates and Payment
Unless Sellitnet otherwise agrees in writing, prices for any service will be according
to the relevant rate card availing at the date of order and unless Sellitnet agrees
otherwise in writing, payment shall be due immediately on acceptance of the order.
6. Content
No material or software from Sellitnet appearing on or accessible through any web
site owned or operated by Sellitnet may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded,
posted, transmitted or distributed in any way without the written consent of Sellitnet.
7. Disclaimer
This site is controlled and operated by Sellitnet from the United Kingdom of Great
Britain. Sellitnet makes no representation that the terms of the web sites hosted
by Sellitnet are appropriate and you accept, that should you access this site from
